Began in 9/2016 & last contact 4/2017. Contact split between Gary Orton & Donna, same office, all by phone (360) 362-4567. Grant $12,700. Fees to wire deposit = $600, Access Codes = $600, Codes Expand to portal from $10K to $20K = $600, To force a $20K payment = $1,415, IRS tax = $865, to send via Money Gram = $1,025 (unpaid), Registration & Late = $700 + 800 + 200, Credit Score boost = $800, to complete paperwork = $500.
Each payment request came w/an absolutely certain promise of deposit w/in 20 minutes. Any waiver of fee was reversed upon satisfaction of my portion. All money is kept to be refunded w/grant but cannot be returned otherwise. The lies could not be more blatant.
A change in deposit account was required of $400 but later they said they had to send via Money Gram for $1,025. I stopped here today yet they still call.

After unsuccessful attempts to wire funds, I must accept pmt. of $20,500 via Money Gram w/a fee of $1,025. Funds at Fed Reserve Bank so they can't refund or wire again. MG is only option to receive & can collect today.
