I received this product first as a trial offer. although I never remember ordering this product. soon to follow was an email that said my shipment was being sent out and I was being charged 90$'s. I called said I didn't want the product but was told it was already sent out and I was going to be charged. not only was I charged I incurred a 38.50$ charge from the bank for not having funds in the account to cover it. you can imagine how frustrating this was. I contacted them saying I was returning the product. the customer rep. who was hard to understand in the first place never gave me or even told me I needed a authorization number. I unfortunately misplaced the product but just found it and would like to return the product that is still in tact to get my money back that I truly need. I tried to send an email but it didn't go through to the email. I truly want my money back and return this product that doesn't work and is truly over priced. if I did order it and would of seen the 90$ price tag there is NO way I would of ordered it and I don't remember doing so. I just want my money back. please help me in getting money back for such a scam of a product. Thank You, Chris Kraft. * don't order this product its a rip off a scam and its 90$ price is ridiculous! *
