I had called to make a Belk's credit payment when asked if I was interested in a $200.00 gas offer. When I realized this was a scam and requested to cancel the action. I was placed on hold, the person that returned spoke so fast I couldn't understand them. I never received a confirmation #, therefore did not have documentation to CX. I tried to call the company and was placed on hold - for an extended period - and was ultimately cut off. I have not been able to find a way to CX this event.
