I had received a text message on my phone that I had won a Wal-Mart gift card worth $100. It gave a number to call and they told me that they were a company that offered discounts with many national chains including Wal-Mart. They said I would receive in the mail a package that would have my gift card as well as coupons for discounts to use at other stores. I never received anything and I have been charged $19.95 twice - once on June 13th and the other on July 13th.
