Lypothin product. Company advertises free trial bottle ...you pay the 3 dollars and change for the shipping which I did.
Fraud dept. contacts me at my bank that a charge of 89.41 was charged on my account. After explaining I had a free trial offer of the lypothin the fraud dept. told me to call a representative at Lypothin.
DO NOT ORDER THIS. IT IS A SCAM. IT IS NOT A FREE TRIAL BOTTLE. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR 89.41 THAT THE COMPANY WILL AUTOMATICALLY BILL YOUR CREDIT CARD.

I too ordered the free trial, but on 3/10/13. On 3/28 they charged me $89.41. On April 3 my credit card company (Chase) gave me an international fraud alert. I went with it because I had not received any product. I was notified yesterday that technically it wasn't fraud because I had entered my credit card.
Buyers beware, Lypothin will not refund my $3.95 because it was supposedly shipped. It doesn't matter to them that I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PRODUCT. I have spend hours trying to get this resolved. Don't do business with this company! -
