Called in September 16, 2013 to cancel; was told that I was not allowed because I have not even tried it. I said I was not going to try it and they agreeed to stop the delivery, and refund my charges. but the product still showed up October 1, 2013. They give you a 14 day trial to try, well I was charged Ocotber 3,2013. The only charge I should have received was the shipping charges.

Spoke with Amber on October 24, was told they cannont refund this at all because it is over 30 days.
Spoke with the floor supervisor by the name of Tad, he reasured me that my order is canceled and that the next shipment is at the customs office. and once it arrives i am to call them back again and request to send it back with a refund only on that last shipement.
Order was placed Sept 6, 2013,
Order was tracked and delivered to me Oct1,
Lipo charged me on Oct 3, 2013 again

They were suppose to cancel this order and were going to make sure it didn’t arrive because I felt like I was beeing conned Now I have been waiting for 5-10 minutes to speak with a supervisor.
