I ordered two dresses - one came separately, and was completely different from what they present on their website - colours, fit, fabric, everything. The second dress was delivered 15 days later, only to get stuck in custom, and i had to pay another USD 100 to clear it. I tried calling TB many times but no one picks up the phone. I also realise now that there is no address on their website. This site seems like a complete hoax to me and they are now denying to give me a refund. Would appreciate some help in resolving this matter as it's a big amount for me as well as taking legal actions against TB and shutting their website down. Thanks/Bips

- What a contrast! as for me i had had nice experience with tbdress because when I made my orders everything went on well I was able to receive my dresses at right time I think for you case maybe something when wrong but i can say tbdress is real place to shop I have made my shopping several times and everything has gone well. Their customers service have been good. all my dresses was always delivered to me on time. As for me i will always tbdress.com I challenge you to give a try once again and you will like tbdress.com
