Ordered sample offered thru another firm paying only postage. Later on received notice that new shipment being processed. I was not interested in additional product thus called skindiet to advise as much. Product was shipped and received. I again called the firm to obtain permission for returning product in accordance with their email instruction. I was advised that they do not accept returns. Hopefully they will abide by their promise of no further charges against my credit card. WOW! What a scum outfit.
Incidentally their product, ResDermatrol, is worthless. Caveat emptor!
