I too ordered from Uggeden (Australia), on the 20th September 2011. I received an email, asking me to confirm my delivery address, which I did. A few days passed I sent an email asking if they had been dispatched, they emailed back saying they had, and supplied me with a tracking number and an email address where I could follow the progress. I tried entering the number, but came back 'error'. it was also mentioned in the email, not to worry if the tracking number wasn't recognised, as they this would mean that they were being handled by the delivery company????
It is now the 1st October....still no boots. After reading all these complaints and many more off other complaint sites, I will be contacting my bank tomorrow.....see where go from there.

ive started a group on facebook called "do not buy from uggeden.com", please join if your on facebook and add as many friends as you can. i want to warn people not to buy from them, like we did!
