In February of this year we complained about phone service. The company sent a truck around to evaluate service reception, and then referred to the model of our existing phones being outdated. We used a 'trial' phone from the company and still no good results. We thought get better phones and signed another 2 year contract. But we are still getting dropped calls, even when it is between our lines. They tried to tell us it was because of the metal siding on our house, but I still have dropped calls when I am not in the house. I complained yet again today because within a 30 minute period, I had 6 dropped calls. I would go outside but still had dropped calls. Now the company cannot do anything about the poor reception, they want me to go to the GB office and see if the manager will take back the phones, but I will have to pay $200 per phone to get out of the contract. I understand I can't get out of the contract, I just want everyone to know that NEXT TECH has poor POOR phone reception and will not do anything about it!
