if you signed up for a special promotion plan with nextech it is only good until you phone goes dead the they force you to change plans even if you buy another phone from them to use with your current plan. I think this is a bait and switch they get you with a good deal and they don't tell you that it is only good as long as you phone is operable. so you can not get a used phone or even a new one to replace your broken phone with out a new and more expensive plan they changed their contract without notifying you to their advantage a sorry company

I was conned by this company as I purchases tablets from their website. After making the payment by western union, the company never sent the items. Instead, they sent a greetings card in a torn box. Online buyers, be aware of such bogus con companies as GuoYanTrade. Full details of the con company are shown below;
