I had a personal loan with this Company and I wanted to pay off the balance so I called to get the quote of the balance amount ($2.790.53)
I post the payment on line submit the payment after checking that everything was ok.After couple hours I received an automatic email to confirm that a payment for $27.790.53 is been acceptd : I called immediately the on line customer service they say I made the mistake (!)and I need to call the bank and re posting the payment ans so I did.
Saturday 04/27 I have a pending transaction on my checking account for $270.900.053 !!! One Main brunch is closed on weekends and so customer service so I do not have any access to my money any cash till Tuesday May the 30th>I have schedule payments and money transfer for Monday.Is just unacceptable.

After 3 days situation is not been resolve and the translation is still pending : I called the brunch office manager I received a rude and unprofessional treatment they hung up the phone on me!!!they said are busy!! how can this happened ?
Update: 05/02/2013
Today May the 2nd OneMain requested a payment of $271,093.00 on my checking account AGAIN!!!!! and the loan is paid off last week!!! this is illegal and the manager of the office brunch hung up the phone on me.
