I placed an order for what I thought was a 30day free trial of a facial cream duo. On 2/24/13 (4) charges appeared on my card (2)@ $4.99 and (2)@5.99 - I had agreed to pay shipping charges of $5.99 for each product and felt that this error would be corrected. On 3/11/13, I was charged $105.98. Since I had received more than a 30 day supply and I was still under the 30 day period I was irked but no red flags waved wildly. On 3/27/13 a charge of $80.98 next appeared...still using the product I was ok with the charge. However, I began reacting to the creams with increased sensitivity...and on 4/7/13 I received an email with an order confirmation to which I had replied promptly with a photo of my irritated facial skin saying please stop my subscription I am reacting to the creams and I will be returning the product for a full refund and also indicated in the communication that their "stop subscription" link didn't work. I returned the product via UPS to the address listed. I was charged $83.80 on 4/8/13. Again I sent an email 4/10/13, indicating that both products had been returned - provided the tracking info etc. Each email received no response. According to the tracking info provided by UPS,the returned product was received and signed for by a Wrinkle Mall associate on 4/12/13. This info I again forwarded via email saying essentially, your product was returned and received I would like a refund etc. No response. I sent several more emails to no avail and then tried emailing "[email protected]" this bounced back twice indicating that the server had rejected the address. The monetary damages now include: the double fees charged for shipping ($21.96), $270.76 for products received and returned, as well as, $42.00 for overdraft fees because I wasn't prepared for the charges and had not transferred money to that card which is not interest bearing. The dermatologist fee I will "eat" as a reminder of my gullibility.
