I received my credit card statement before receiving the "free" samples so was aware of the two charges of $52.69 and $88.19. The same day, the postman tried to deliver two packages which I refused, not even accepting whatever it was. I understood my credit card info was being used to pay for shipping fees only and was not made aware that unless I contacted them they would continue shipping the products. My experience in attempting to contact them was similar to others so the credit card company got them on the line with me. I thought we had resolved the issue and they promised immediate cancellation with a refund when the products were returned to their warehouse. I checked my credit card statement today and the charges are still there. No refund. Again, I attempted to contact them to no avail. I received a message in French only but no live person. My emails bounced back also.
