My name is Norman Anthony, I baught a Samsung galaxy S 2 cell phone from Wal- Mart on 01/27/13 for the primary purpose sf sending pictures of damaged homes to various ins. co. My Phone stopped working on 03/20/13. I was asked to send it back for replacement. I mailed it back by UPS on 03/25/13. It arrived on 03/28/13 at WFM Return Center 500 Lee rd. STE 200 Rochester N.Y. I was told by Wal-Mart family Mobile that I would receive another phone within 5 to 7 business days. As of this day Family Mobile can not give me any information concerning my phone.
