I applied for 1 month for the price of roughly 27 dollars on a flexi card i dont use often. Today i went to withdraw my money only to discover that there was a lot of money missing. Naturally I was shocked and asked for a statement and saw that $39.99 australian dollars a month has been taken out since September last year for a company called alcuda. I had no idea who this was but on further investigation discovered that they are linked to a dating site I barely remember using back in September and definitely have not used since. I never recieved emails alerting me of the continuing payments and I never agreed to a subscription.
