When my lap top crashed, I consented to pay 100.00 for their help. However, the person did nothing; he was a jerk and he was useless. When i received my bill they charged by $160. I called to inquire, and they rude lady told me they would look into it and get back to me within the week. Two weeks later, I called and the new person I spoke to said it could take another few days. I called yet again and the man told me I was getting my money back within 24-28 hrs. After this did not happen, I called a third time and the lady rudely told me I did consent to the software they charged me for (I AM SURE I DIDNT!) and that I have to mail in to get a rebate. Problem is, I am a Canadian Citizen and so I am out 160$ for absolutely useless, rude, unprofessional and disorganized service from this stupid company.
