- iVE had same problem Carol and although the payment was still in the 'pending' process of being taken from my credit card, my card issuer could not prevent the money being taken. Ive had to cancel my credit card and order another one. Im furious that they can simply 'rob banks' in this supposedly 'legal' way. I have no clue as to how I will get my money back. Companies like this are reprehensible and cause distrust of online shopping.Have you contacted your bank to prevent further payments being taken? Best of luck, Cat
