they had me paying about $345.00 per month when i brought it to there attention for the 5th time a person from the office of the president
called me on Canada Day. I explained that i had family over for dinner on the holiday. he replied with well its like take or leave it. i wont call back again or you can reapply. After he abused me by yelling look at all the discounts your receiving. I told him those are not real discounts they are a method of correcting your error because its less work then looking up the proper code that would have the prices that I agreed to. then i asked his if he read my file said No he put me on hold for ten minutes cam back and said im going t o give you a special
deal for the problems you have encountered he gave us a family pkg the reduced my price down to (aprox) $237.00 per month arox 2 weeks later i see a poster t6hat offered the same type pkg for abut $90.00 less per month. when i called back to rogers they said no one can reverse what the pres. office did
