We ordered two chicken pot pie specials. At the checkout window, we specifically asked for cutlery---since the attendent did not speak English very well, we specified "forks or spoons" and were assured they "are in the bag." When we arrived at our destination, of course, there was no cutlery. If you insist upon hiring individuals who cannot understand basic English, you should at least insist they know the basic components of a meal----we don't eat pot pies with our fingers in America.
