Received a letter from this company stating I needed to file a 'Statement of Information Corporate Officers List', and that I owed $225 by 4/15. READ THE FINE PRINT! The text box towards the top of the page states '...this fine will not be assessed if you do not submit this filing to Corporate Business Filings. Corporate Business Filings is a Private Service Company.'

- I got the same letter & unfortunately, filled out the form & sent in the $225 since it was April 15, and I thought I was late in filing. Afterward, I googled Corporate Business Filings & realized they were scam artists & made a stop pay on the check...and thought I had resolved the matter. Now I've come to find out that a company was added as a member of my LLC without my knowledge...the name of the company is Camreal Estate. This was filed on 4/21/13...a week after I sent back my form to Corporate Business Filings....with signatures. Whoever has sent back the form...BEWARE & google your company to make sure the same thing didn't happen to you. This may be a case of Business Identity Theft!!! :-(
