In April 2012 I received a letter from the state saying I owed $225 for corporate filing. I am just now doing my 2012 taxes, I'm told I have to pay another $800 to have a corporation. I understood the $225 was for that. I googled what is corporate filing and found your site with the same complaint. Is there a way I can get that $225 back?
