Placed subscription 11/15/12 for The Enquirer. As of this date, I have not received even one copy. There is no way to get through on any phone number call. Must leave a message for a call back in no less than 24 hours on 888-312-3762. The other number, 877-351-0728 has a full mail box, so no message can be left. When agents call back they make false promises to string you along. This is the most frustrating company I've ever dealt with. I'm now wondering if they are just plain fraudulent.

We have a call center in Arizona and we have a processing center in New York and we have another location in California. It's very common and popular in business.

We pride our selves on are customer service and strive to make every customers experience a good one. No we are not a fraudulent company and we do not want you to feel led on. We will resolve this mutual concern but we need your help.

Standard procedure is we send you an acknowledgment in the form of a receipt. There are instructions on the receipt to sign it and return your receipt. Once we receive your signed receipt your order is fulfilled. Did you receive the receipt? Did you send it back it? If you did, we had hired holiday staff around the time you placed the order. We are at fault and we dropped the ball. We want to put an end to this and make you happy!

Further more we want to resolve and open a dialogue with you. Please email or contact the general manager Dylan Gold, [email protected] or 877-351-0728.
