I responded to an advertised position on Craigslist for a receptionist. The next day I received and e-mail saying I was a candidate for the positon and to fill out their online form. I spent valuable time filling it out. I was then directed to a background check in the form of a credit check. I did not do this, as I felt it was none of their business. this is upsetting, as I am actively seeking a job and they wasted my valuable time. I guess it could have been worse they could have ripped me of monetarily too.
