Be careful because under the condtions and terms they send you not only the free sample but a 30 day supply and charge your credit card a membership fee of 91.00 dollars. You have to return the big bottle to the address above to get the charge taken off. The number to call is 1885 626-4648. It appears if you have opened the bottle of the 30 day supply you might be out of luck. Hope this helps anybody out there with this scam. I did not open either bottle so we"ll see if I get my money back.
