I had the same issues that others have had. This company is unethical. While logged into my computer they saw that I was typing my Grandmothers eulogy on the day that I received services because it was hours before her funeral. They still lied to me and took my money!This company misrepresents themself as Apple to get your information. They load unnecessary things onto your computer and then charge you for things that were never mentioned. They are willing to give you refunds and then when the refund amount comes back it is never the amount that was told to you because of "Fees". When I told them I wanted a full refund I was told it was not possible because they "Diagnosed" my computer. They also told me that it would take 7-10 business days to listen to my recorded call for them to determine if I was "misled" or they misrepresented themself in any way. But who determines this?! Obviously many others have been scammed and received no reimbursment for it. This company tells you they are Apple, tells you that your APPLE CARE is expired and that programs and plans are needed to be purchased before they can work on your items and then reeps the benefits! When confronted they put you on hold with their rebates and their need to review the recorded phone call, thinking that your issue will be forgotten about. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!
