my check engine light came on, so i stopped by auto zone for them to check with the machine, they said i need a tune up and a coil replaced, i took it to NTB because i have their card and they are the only ones that have worked on my car. when i got there i showed them the receipt that auto zone gave me, and they said they would have to put it on the machine, they did and came back and said that it was the master cylinder and brake booster and coil change and tune up, they told me it would be done by 7pm. this was 9 am. they picked me up to get the car, and i paid and got into car, and it ran just like i left it. so i went home an parked it. when i got into the car the next morning I went to see patients in frisco till they opened and i called them, by this time the car was running real bad, no brakes, i check for brake fluid there was none. so i added brake fluid, when i called i talked with the store mgr. and he told me to bring it in, which i did, it was 9am when i arrived, he said he had to replace spark plugs, and that he told the other man that they put some stuff in my car to clean it. and to tell me that the check engine light would come on, he didn't tell me, at 11:45 he told me he was getting the coil sent in from dealer, and also some washers, that was torn while they had been working on the car. when he pulled out the spark plugs they was dirty but was changed the day before, then he came in and said give him 45 min, well that turned into hours, the whole time, he is in office on cell phone while i am waiting on my car. at 3:30pm, he came and told me that i was gettin a rental until they could figure out what is wrong, so they picked me up and i got the rental after paying for the deposit. then i hadn't heard from them so i called them on the 3rd of april today, the man that answered the phone said they are not working on my car. the store mgr is not there and this other guy jb is working on it, i told him i was on my way there, when i got there, jb came out and said, they can't fix it, its internal and that they are waiting on the District mgr to call and he is in a meeting, it is now 4:33 pm and i haven't heard from them about my car, i did called the corp office and file a complaint, yesterday and today. Still my car is not fix and now he is saying its internal in the motor, there was nothing wrong with the motor when i bought it in. still waiting to hear from them, but they don't call...Thank you rhonda (Personal Information Removed)
