In March this company took $30 out of my bank account. I did not visit their web site and did not apply for a loan. Called and they were supposed to send check, this never happened. In April same thing happened, I called several times trying to now get check for $60. Last time I was able to talk to someone was told that check was mailed on April 15. Needless to say this check never arrived. I have been trying all week to reach them by phone and can't get through. I am 80 yrs. old, on fixed income and need money that they had no right to take in first place.
