My wife responded to an online special offer of $11.00 for a sample. To our amazement another bottle turned up. On checking we had three debits to our credit card. $11, circa $75, circa $80. A second bottle arrived but not the third. The web pag I entered to make a complant appeared unprofessional as it kept redirecting you to other products and exiting was a challenge. I complained to the bank and one charge was reversed and they are investigating the other further. Lethe did not respond to my online complaint
