Item won & money order sent on 3-4, EBay removed the listing & seller no longer registered on 3-6, Money order cashed on 3-11, seller responded on 3-22 with DC# stating the item shipped and delivered but I have not received. (DC# shows it shipped on 3-15 and delivered on 3-18). I checked with the Jerome Post Office (ph# (208)-324-5381) and they confirmed it was not delivered to my address That at the time it was scanned the carrier was across town & he did not see any package with my name or address. I have been requesting information from seller to help the USPS to track down said package without reply. EBay has also not responded with the sellers contact information (address/email/phone#). I request the item or refund to close this matter. At the very least, a copy of the original listing & seller’s full contact information for Mail claim. 3-27 According to the Jerome Post Office the DC# does not correspond with my name & address. 3-27 I escalated the case via EBay, yet EBay decides in Seller’s favor because I did not pay with PayPal. But Since they closed the listing after the auction ended and won’t provide contact information for the seller they are fascinating aid with the seller in the act of fraud, and preventing me from filing a criminal & civil actions because of the lack of seller information and the removal of a finished auction.
