As with everyone else I had no idea that they would be charging me 19.95 for this service. I have called and left a message, but am pretty sure that will not do any good. If I would have known I would have stopped by the Post office and taken care of it there instead. I don't have the extra money to be wasting on someone else doing something that I am able to do myself, and their "extras" are (Inappropriate Content Removed), I can find that on my own as well!
