I ordered my wig on 3/11/13 and I received it on 3/20/13. It looked nothing like the picture on the website not only that I ordered a swiss lace and they sent me a french lace and the wig was too small and I gave them the correct measurements for my head. I spent 240.99 to get a peice of crap! I tried contacting the company from the number that's listed on the website and no answer. They will only speak to you in a chat. As I'm talking to the the lady in the chat room explaining that the wrong item was sent to me she told me to send it back to the sender which will cost me over 60.00 because their manufacture is all the way in china. They won't send me a return label and kept giving me the run around. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY! If anybody is experiencing the same problem I advise you to contact the Better Business Beru in Canada and the FTC also contact your local bank and/or credit card company. I have filed a complaint with all three. I'm still waiting to see what happens. I will give an update.
