I was put in the hospital for life threatening and in the process got 2 months behind in my mortgage I requested a modification to help get things right in sep of this yr Ocwen kept loosing our paperwork and cancleing calls Told me i must use my wifes income She is not on the loan and that would help get the mod in the mean time they refused payments and let us keep getting further behind we are now 10k in the rears with them and they turned down our mod because with my wifes income added they say we make to much money and have now put us in foreclosure We have 2 autistic children moving to a new school district would do great harm to there education I have owned this house for 22 yrs we need help

- I also have 2 autistic children and was done this way. Do not accept the cash for keys! and hold your ground!

we are trying to save it moving my kids out of this school district would wreck there educations its take me yrs to get there Iep plans in order cant start over 1 is in high school the other is in middle school

- Do you guys have any free public online school's in your area? We have connections academy here, so my kids are taught at home online at no cost to me whatsoever. It is a great program if you have it in your state. Believe me I understand. I am soooo upset I took that cash for keys now! the house has been sold, so I really have no leg to stand on except I may have a chance taking them to court myself, since the foreclosure review sided with us. We still have that option and do not have to wave our rights away there. Our loan went from Saxon to Ocwen. Some states have started a class action with Ocwen. We are suposed to be redoing the mod but i also filed a letter with the review board as they will not accept any payments of any kind from me unless its the full amount and they pushed this for 8 months so we are now 10 k behind we are also trying to bust into our 401 k BUT can only do this if the 401 k concideres it an emergency WHICH I THINK IT IS But they flat lied to us about somethings which caused us not to get the first mod from them as for online schools my Older Autistic son is in collage prep classes with an aide not sure how online school would affect that
