recieved an email for an offer for some cream free trial just pay postage & packaging of 3.95 which i paid , i now find out that the company have taken 97.95 out of my bank with no explatnation that i have been charged ,nothing was mentioned about another payment or any cancellation fees etc . I am extremely annoyed about this and will seek solicitors & trading standards advice too i would like a full refund for the 97.95 8its disgusting to con people this way

I have had this happen to me there doesn't seem to be anything I can do the bank I spoke today were aware of this but they have taken £95 85 and also £95 65 I cant afford this and wont be able to pay my dd this month
