We purchased a vehicle through Camelback Ford back in February; two vehicles actually. We also traded in a Hyundai Elentra which they said they would pay off-rolling the excess over to our payment. They asked how much we owed on the Hyundai and we told them we didn't know exactly, but would find out; it was approximately 23,000. They said they didn't need to know exactly and said 23,000 would be fine. Well, in closing on the two vehicles they had us sign paperwork stating our vehicle was only worth 23,000. We didn't think anything about that at the time thinking they had called our bank and found out. Turns out, we owed 24,000 and some change. Instead of telling us they weren't going to pay off the car (which they lead us to believe they would) they had us make another payment for the Hyundai, then were actually going to charge us another 412 dollars for the remaining balance on the Hyundai. All of this while they had our car. So we had to make three car payments-one on a car we didn't even have anymore.
