On June 1st, I purchased a 1991 Mercury Cougar from Camelback Ford. At first they told me all I had to do right then was to sign some paperwork and then I could leave. So I wrote a check for $2,700.00 and they took us over to the finance department where we waited for well over an hour after they told us it would only take a few minutes. Because my husband is on oxygen 24/7 and was getting very low, we had to leave, but they said it was okay that they would deliver the vehichle and paperwork the next day. The next day when I called to find out what time they were bringing me my car, they informed me they sold it the night before to someone else. Is this legal? I bought and paid for the car. And they're telling me because I hadn't signed the paperwork it wasn't final. But it wasn't our fault it wasn't signed. What can be done about this company and others that treat people this way? Thank You, Lee Anderson cell:(Personal Information Removed)
