Harassing phone calls of a bill for “advertising.” They verified our mailing address but “bills” never received. Told we owe $839.99 which has now increased to $975.98, but they will lower to $699.99, then lowered again to $599.99 for single payment. Hostile CSR’s. When I requested copies of any bills or correspondence to us, they say that there are NO COPIES but a new invoice could be generated. They seem to prove fraudulence in not having "any" copies of original agreements/invoices, etc. that were supposedly sent. Say they will bill at $70. per month after 2 month free trial (our recorded marketing call with them dates 11/12/12) but could not cancel and then got slammed with the whole 12 months billed after 60 days is up. Suddenly there is an enormous "bill" for service that has not happened. An online search shows in the past 2 months this company is thick with complaints of scam, all repeating a version of what I've stated above. .
