I order the Free sample of Equinox day and night serum, all I was to pay was 4.95 for shipping and handling. No where on the form did it say that it was a 14 day trial. I was looking on my checking account and saw that they charged my account 99.00
for the product and 6.95 for shipping and handling.I called to cancel and ask them to credit my account and they refused. they said you have 14 days to cancel and it was 15 days. I ordered on the product on the 4th of March 2013 and called them on the 18th to cancel. They said that it had been 15 days from the time I ordered when I said no it was the 14th day they said they count the day you order as day one.I said no one counts the day of order as day one that I should have until midnight of the 14th day to cancel cause according to there website you have till the end of the 14th day. The man was rude spoke very bad broken English,was from India and full of cram. This thing is nothing but a scam so I along with everyone else got screwed.They will not refund my money,my husband even called and they told him that the website clearly says starting on the day you order,which it does not say that.so I guess I will not be getting my money back.
