I got a phone call from the number 313-334-3113,stating that I owed Capital One Bank approximate $2600.00. I was told the police was coming to arrest me and I better have bail money. And said He would see me in court. That he was gonna put down refusal to pay and that he was recording our conversation. He said the police was on the way to my house at that moment. He said he would see me in court.and hung up the phone in my ear. They are also calling my family and friends telling them I am gonna be arrested on charges of fraud and theft and going to jail for a long time.
