Received shoes & they were not the shoes I ordered. I've sent several emails (no phone number provided) with no response. I attached my original email to the boutique below which states the problem & my dissatisfaction....

I JUST received my shoe order. I am very disappointed that it is not the shoe I ordered...I ordered the Yellow shoe in a size 8 (see pic from your website below)...
What I received instead is a defective pair of shoes in the incorrect size & color, that did not even come in a shoe box (see pics below)...
I am a frequent shopper of the Internet & this is the first time I've been so disappointed with my service. I ordered the shoes on the 3rd of March in order to wear them to an event this coming weekend & now I don't have what I ordered. I am very unhappy! Please contact me ASAP.
