I live in Australia and I ordered a pair of "chestnut boots". A month later I receive the delivery and they are Hot Pink. I emailed them twice, I went on the website and sent a message through the 'contact the seller' option, AND i sent them a msg through facebook. These msg's all took place within the month of receiving them. Another month passed and still no reply. So my mother also sent an email. It has now almost been 4 months since I received the boots and no one has contacted me back. In each msg I gave them my name contact details, order number and dates etc and explained the situation, still nothing. Its a shame, the boots are very nice but i ordered them in brown not Hot pink! Where on earth am i going to wear Hot pink boots?
