THEIR RESPONSE IS THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE SAT ON THE PHONE ON HOLD UNTIL THEY WERE ABLE TO GET TO YOUR CALL, BECAUSE THEY ARE BUSY.....REALLY....HOW MANY HOURS? IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND YOUR TIME, THEN WILL NOT REFUND THE AMOUNT CHARGED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION INDICATING ANOTHER SHIPMENT WAS MADE AND YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE CHARGED AGAIN.
