I was lead to believe that a trial sample was being offered for postage.. There was no indication that i would be billed and sent monthly product...Zero mention of any kind of contract or that i was signing up for anything beyond the sample. Received the sample and it did not seem to be much beyond cold cream. That lead me to check the internet about the offer and then realized based on scam alerts from numerous sites that the potential being scammed was high. Immediately searched for the verification email but there was none... When to the site where it the sample was offered. Wrote there and received an email stating: " Our website contains an advertisement for Avoir Anti-Aging Serum, but we do not have the ability to provide customer service etc.. Please contact them immediately to resolve this using the information below (from their website avoirskin.com)

I followed the link and from there followed the customer service option... Wrote an email stating clearly that i did not want monthly orders, and did not want my credit card debited or used for anything. Asked how to ensure this... Next received an email from Luis of Tuscon, stating that just to send the product back and that was all that was needed to cancel any future orders.. He used the term Vivexin instead of Avoir on his email address.. I immediately returned the sample via priority post to the address that he supplied..

Three weeks later am billed 94.00 on my credit card, then received a small package from the company two days later. I returned the package "return to sender" and began the process of trying to get hold of the company. First there is the bait and switch, or maybe it is hook and drain. Then there is the shell game with a number of skin care companies switching back and forth through some kind of scheme to hide the original company, then company 2 denies it originated from them. Contacted Luis and he wants verification of the order, i gave him the number and now he is saying splitting Avoir and Vixexin... I am getting a complete run around from him...the further i go in trying to resolve this the more evident is the blatant fraud.. Will initiate a dispute through my credit card and see where that leads.
