On 2/19/13 $79.99 was deducted from my bank account to Norton. Discovered this when I received my bank statement.Bank gave me number to call.Customer service said they would credit money back to my bank. said it was a renewal. I have NEVER used norton.last year I used AVG free, this year I'm using microsoft essentials.received an email where it will run out march 2014.will not renew...I never asked for it...
