I ordered the norton anti virus in Dec 2011 and never received it. I called and talked to someone about it and they said my cd should arrive shortly. Never received it...My anti virus ran out so I purchased another. And continued to wait on the cd from Norton..
I called again and they stated I should have received an email from them to let me know how to install this. I never received that eigther but without the cd it wouldn't have done any good. I told them this but really could not understand what they said because there was so much background noise and I told them that. They said well I was speaking to someone from India so I asked to speak to someone from the USA and was hung up on.
I am very frustrated at this point and not sure what to do now. Please help!
