I tried to purchase Microsoft Office on Saturday the 25th, and on their site that I would receive the link in 6-8 hours. Did not happen, have been trying to contact them through their "Contact and Support" and have not received any email back from them. I tried to contact the sitecomplaint people, and receive one email back requesting more information about my purchase...they wanted either my order number or numbers in my credit card. I gave them my order number and have not received anything back from them.

Elyse.......the same thing has happened to me. I ordered on 6/30 and the amount was charged to my credit card, but I received nothing. I have sent them several emails and have received no response. What gets me is that I thought I was ordering from Microsoft, it looks like there official website. I was shocked when my credit card statement showed some company called ZIXIUYI BOOTESMAMA AG SHENZHEN CN. I am so disgusted with myself, I try to be so careful and I was totally ripped-off. I 'm calling my credit card company to see if I can get my money back somehow.

Kam, I talked to my bank, and they submitted a request to get the money back, plus I believe that they are going to be investigating the whole issue. I just hope that these people get caught!

Hello,
I also had the same thing happened to me. However, I purchased Microsoft Office Standard 2010 on 07/11/2011 and it showed the price of $89.99. I received an email with the link and downloaded and loaded up Microsoft Office. HOWEVER, I received Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010, and THE PRODUCT KEY IS INVALID!! On my credit card statement, it shows the total amount charged to be $95.95 and from ZIXIUYI BOOTESMAMA AG SHENZHEN CHINA. I have emailed both the seller and the 3rd party agent "SiteComplaint." However, I have not received any responses from either. I am stuck with a product that is INACTIVE!!! THIS SITE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR FRAUD!!! I need to contact my back to dispute this charge now!! IT IS A SHAME WE HAVE CROOKS ON HERE THAT DO THIS!!!!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THEM!!!
IF ANYONE FROM MICROSOFT READS THIS- KNOW THIS COMPANY IS SELLING OFFICE WITH INVALID NUMBERS!!!

I kept emailing them and complaining and I finally got my download and product key and it works. So far, no problem. Keep after them and maybe you will get lucky also. Good Luck...Kam
