We were contacted by Newport Mortgage Relief to do a modification on our home loan. We were guaranteed the modification would go thru and we paid the $2000 fee. We were denied the loan modification, our credit was affected and now nobody at Newport Mortgage will return calls or emails. I had requested a refund in January 2013 but was never given a response.
