Was told that they would prepare all of our documents for a loan modification and that we qualified for the HAMP program.
We were told by the mortgage company that we do not qualify; we have called Newport Mortgage Relief 20 times and left messages as well as sent emails with no reply.
We have asked for our money back per the agreement and have not heard back from them.
