I was looking for a yorkie puppy online and I found this add for 12 week old puppies to adopt, so I replied to the add. Tracy emailed me the reason why she was selling the puppies, was that she works for the United Nations Deveolpment Program and has been assigned to take care of the program in the Philipines, and she wouls be gone for 6 months, and that she had a 17 year old daughter that would take of the parents.I told her that I was intersted in adopting the female puppy. She emailed me the amount for the puppy and the cost of delivery to Davenport, that amount was $260.00 and she wanted it sent by money gram and what ever money gram charges. So I paid $283.00 for the delivery of the puppy. Later that day she said that someone would be contacting me for the details of the delivery of the puppy. I gat an email from supposedly Delta Airlines, and they said that there was a charge for a Refundable insurance for the puppy and it would cost $850.00 that would be refundable as soon as the puppy was delivered. Well I did not pay it because i thought it was a scam. I called Delta Airlines from here and asked them the cost of transport of an animal from Florida to Davenport, depending on the size of the puppy the said sence the animal was a small breed if in cargo it would cost $200.00 and if in a cabin and in a crate measuring 10x20x10 it would cost $125.00. So I tried calling Tracy to let her know that the company was scamming us and she never answered the phone. The contact number I have for the front desk of the agency and they never picked up either. So now I now it was a scam. Maybe they are both working together.
