I ordered an E-Cig for a "free" starter kit $4.95 for shipping/handling charge from this company on 1/22/2013. and I found out that they charged to my credit card for $99.67 on 2/4 and charged another $64.72 for the refills on 02/16/2013. Even though there was NO info on the order webpage stating I would be automatically enrolled in their program.

Thus, I called their ECIGONLINE phone# 888-497-6566 on 2/25 and I was told they would send me an email with RMA# in 48-72 hours so I could return the FREE product for a refund.

However, I have never received this RMA# & return address. I was keeping to call them on 2/28, 3/4 & 3/7. But I was told again that they have to report to their main office and need to wait for another 48-78 hours.

What a scam! I'm feed-up and sent back these two packages back to their mailing address at Saphire E-Cig 1120 W Butler Rd Ste 1, Greenville, SC 29607 and report to my credit card company for Dispute this transactions.
